Westgate Plaza was a product of our client’s vision to repurpose valuable space along a major road in downtown LaPorte, Indiana.  The former building was both outdated and unusable as a multi-tenant retail space.  HGR utilized our Self-Performed Construction Services to demolish, and prep the site in Phase 1 of this project.  While work in the field was happening, our skilled design team embarked on the work to bring ideas to fruition.  Construction documents were created which met all practical and aesthetic requirements, then we again broke ground.  Our crews completed worked diligently to create a modern, practical structure, which will house multiple of our client’s tenants for many years to come.
