Our Self-Performed Construction Services Include:
-Field Management: There is a culmination of many decades of practical, hands on experience, just amongst our team of Superintendents. Through continuing education in the aspects of safety as well as technology, we ensure that this division is always improving.
-Masonry: Foundation masonry, unit masonry, cultured stone, brick verniers, and tuckpointing are all within our capabilities. Despite the prevalence of modern alternatives to masonry, such as composite sidings, it is necessary still in our opinion to remain proficient in this division.
-Steel Erection: Our ability to supply PEMBs (Pre Engineered Metal Buildings) is complemented well by our capacity to erect them as well in-house. We maintain the equipment as well as knowledge to erect PEMBs quickly and safely, of any size.
-Painting: So much of the aesthetic and feel of a space is dictated by the paint finishes which are chosen. Paint selection is often one of the most apparent expressions of an Owner’s creativity. Their vision is brought to fruition, with the utmost care, by our expert crew of painters.

-Site Development: As we observed an increasing need for site clearing, excavation, and grading, the decision was made to bring these services under our umbrella. With our array of modern machinery, and utilization of technology such as the Total Station, site work is easily accomplished.
-Concrete: As one of our strongest performing divisions, HGR excels at foundations, flatwork, or any other concrete jobs. We also possess a Laser Screed, allowing us to take on jobs of any size, and maintain exceptional accuracy with regard to flatness.
-Carpentry: One necessity for success on nearly any project is skilled carpentry. Our carpentry skills lie in all areas. From rough carpentry, to finish carpentry, our team’s skills are an exemplary testament to the trade.
-Framing, Drywalling, Ceilings: Metal or wood framing (Whichever a project necessitates) are performed effortlessly by our team. After framing is completed, hanging, taping, and finishing drywall is our next area of expertise. We then have the ability to install suspended ceiling systems in-house, whether they are for acoustical tile, or drywall.
