Some projects start with creating a clean slate, as was the case with this Starbucks we completed in Fishers, IN.  The existing building was demolished, and the site cleared.  We then began work to construct a new Starbucks in its place.  Coordinating projects such as this, where existing structures can create challenges, is no problem for our skilled team of project managers.  The years of experience throughout HGR allow us to take on projects with additional hurdles, and still manage to accel in both timeline and cost-containment.
