Modineer approached HGR as they were experiencing unprecedented growth to aid in the creation of usable office space for their administrative team, as well as engineering team, at Plant 6 in Niles, MI.  We landed on the best option- to remodel two rooms within the plant that were currently being used for storage.  Floors were polished, walls framed, and HVAC as well as bathroom plumbing added.  At the end of the project, the result was a modern, clean space that could house personnel in comfort.
