The Howard Park Public House project consisted of a 2,700 square foot build out and was completed in 4 months for a January 2021 turn over to owner Mark Tarner. HGR coordinated our self-performed construction services with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades to transform just a shell into the restaurant and bar you see above. The result is a phenomenal dining space with a classic aesthetic, in the style of the South Bend Chocolate Company, with whom it shares ownership.
